By completing this booking, the Client (Host) agrees to the following legally binding terms:

1. Gear & Equipment Liability
The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any preventable damage to the Band's instruments, amplifiers, PA system, or lighting gear caused by guests, pets, or an unsafe environment (e.g., stage instability, spilled drinks, or power surges). Any damage will be invoiced to the Client at the current market replacement or professional repair value, payable within 7 days.

2. Weather Protection
For all outdoor events, the Client must provide a 100% dry, level, and overhead-covered performance area (such as a professional tent, sturdy awning, or deep porch). The Band reserves the right to pause or cease performance immediately, without refund, if precipitation, moisture, or extreme weather threatens the safety of the electrical equipment or the performers.

3. Electrical Requirements
The Client must provide at least two (2) dedicated, grounded power outlets within 15 feet of the performance area. The Band is not responsible for performance interruptions caused by tripped breakers or inadequate power supply at the venue.

4. Personal Safety & Conduct
The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for the performers. If the Band feels physically threatened or harassed by guest behavior or intoxicated conduct, the performance will be terminated immediately with no refund provided.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be initiated by submitting a request through the contact form at moodswing.shop/pages/contact. Once the cancellation request is submitted and acknowledged, the Client may request a refund of the booking fee, provided the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are strictly non-refundable.

6. Host No-Show Policy
If the Band arrives at the venue and the Host is unreachable or unavailable for more than 30 minutes past the scheduled start time, the event will be considered a Host No-Show. The full booking fee will be charged with no refund issued.
